Wrongful Death

We represent familes who have lost loved ones through the careless or reckless actions of individuals, corporations or other entities. We recognize that each family memeber may be affected in unique ways, and have unique losses. We work with grief therapists and other counselors to understand these losses, and to secure a just result for the family. For example, we have worked with familes in wrongful death cases involving tractor-trailer and tanker collsions, defective products, poor security at apartment buildings and in pro bono representation stemming from the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center.
